Academic Regulations
Enrollment in Sto. Niño Academy is contractual in nature. Upon applying for admission, the students bind themselves to recognize, accept and comply with the existing rules and regulations, policies and requirements set by the school and the DepEd. The contract ends every end of the school year. The school reserves the right to refuse admission of any student based on previous records of misconduct, failed subjects or due to incomplete requirements.
COURSES OFFERED AND ADMISSION POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS
PRE-ELEMENTARY
- Nursery – 3½ to 4 years of age
- Kinder I – 4½ to 5 years of age
- Kinder II – 5½ to 6 years of age
ELEMENTARY
Admission for Grade 1
- – Must be a Kindergarten Completer with Learner’s Reference Number(LRN)
- – Should pass the evaluation test
- – Original Copy of Early Childhood Care Development (ECCD) Checklist
JUNIOR HIGHSCHOOL
Admission for Grade 7
- – Graduate of any recognized elementary school
- – Must have Good Moral Character
- – Form 138 / SF 9 or Report Card
- – Form 137/ SF 10 or Transcript of Record
- – PSA copy of Birth Certificate
SENIOR HIGHSCHOOL
Admission for Grade 11
- – Graduate of any recognized Junior High school;
- – Must have Good Moral Character
- – Form 138 / SF 9 or Report Card
- – Form 137 or or Transcript of Record; ESC Certificate (Graduate of an ESC school) or Voucher (Graduate of a Non-ESC private school)
- – PSA copy of Birth Certificate
APPLICABLE TO ALL LEVELS
Admission for transferees:
- – Completer of any recognized elementary or high school
- – Must have Good Moral Character
- – Form 138 / SF 9 or Report Card
- – Form 137 / SF 10 or Transcript of Record
- – For ESC Scholars, Certificate of ESC Scholarship is needed with ESC School and Student ID Numbers (for Junior High School)
- – PSA copy of Birth Certificate
Transferees may enroll on a “First-Come-First-Serve” basis.
Old students are required to submit their Form 138 / SF 9 or Report Card and reservation slip upon enrollment.
ON-SITE ASSESSMENT AND ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
The Office of the Registrar is open everyday, Mondays to Fridays, from 8 o’clock in the morning until 4 o’clock in the afternoon.
STEP 1
- Parents shall proceed to the cashier’s office and fill out the form that will be provided.
STEP 2
- Parents shall choose the mode of payment they wish to apply for their child/ children. They may choose between annual and installment payment basis.
STEP 3
- Parents shall submit the registration form to the personnel-in-charge for the enrollment. They shall inform the latter about their choice of mode of payment for assessment.
STEP 4
- Upon the receipt of the assessment form, parents shall proceed to the cashier for payment. Official receipt will be given once the payment is made.
ON-LINE ASSESSMENT AND ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
Amidst the pandemic that is occurring, the school has provided an easy way to enroll.
STEP 1
- Parents shall fill out their child’s/ children’s assessment form. They shall make sure to submit the form successfully.
STEP 2
- Upon the receipt of the assessment form, a bill of payment will be sent by the Office of the Registrar through the parents’ email address.
STEP 3
- Upon the receipt of the bill, payments must be done. Parents may choose from the different payment method:

STEP 4
